SHIPPING POLICY

We work hard to ship orders out quickly! Please allow 3-5 business day for orders to be processed and shipped. If your order includes a custom item, you will find processing times in the item description. We will ship your entire order together.  If you need an order within a specific timeframe, please contact me before ordering.  

We get super busy during holiday seasons, so we recommend planning ahead for your orders. I

 

 

 Items will be mailed First Class via USPS. Please allow 3-5  business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number to your e-mail when your order ships. We take great care in making sure our products get into your hands safely. Once your item has shipped, it is the responsibility of the Post Office to deliver the package in the promised timeframe. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an item has been shipped, Clover + Clementine is no longer responsible. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number. We recommend all customers set up updates for your order status. No refunds or replacements will be issued for stolen packages.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great care in our products and stand behind our work. If a product is damaged, please contact      Clover + Clementine and we will do our best to resolve it.

 

TEES

Our tees are made by hand in small batches. We keep a very small stock so we are unable to accept exchanges for sizes or colors. Be sure to use our size guide to ensure you get the perfect fitting tee! 

 

TYPOS AND ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS
Please be sure to check your custom orders carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar before submitting your order. Clover + Clementine will print exactly as you submit orders and  is not responsible for errors on printed pieces.
