TURN AROUND TIME
We work hard to ship orders out quickly! Please allow 1-5 business day for orders to be processed and shipped. Products that fall into a different timeframe will be noted in the item description. If you need an order within a specific timeframe, please contact me before ordering for an estimate.
Items will be mailed First Class via USPS. You will receive a tracking number to your e-mail when your order ships. We take great care in making sure our products get into your hands safely. Once your item has shipped, it is the responsibility of the Post Office to deliver the package in the promised timeframe.
Tracking information will be sent to your email. Click on or copy and paste that tracking number into your browser and go to the the website by the shipping provider (USPS). From there, you will be able to see a status of your package as well as a tracking history. Then TURN ON ALL NOTIFICATIONS. You can have it sent as an email. Make sure that all notification boxes are checked. This allows you to know where your package is and they usually offer a projected delivery date.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an item has been shipped, Clover + Clementine is no longer responsible.
If your item is delayed, contact USPS and file a missing package form.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and we cannot refund or exchange products. We take great care in our products and stand behind our work. If a product is damaged, please contact Clover + Clementine and we will do our best to resolve it.
Our tees are made by hand in small batches. We keep a very small stock so we are unable to accept exchanges for sizes or colors. Be sure to use our size guide to ensure you get the perfect fitting tee!
SALES & COUPON CODES
Sale pricing is only valid during the sale period. Orders placed before or after will not be discounted.
We cannot apply codes after the purchase has been completed, and we cannot refund for sale amounts.
We observe most major holidays in order to spend time with family. We are not shipping orders the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas . We will promptly resolve our regular shipping schedule after those breaks.
